Hi All,

One of my lovely beolab 6000 speakers has developed a really loud buzz - it used to be only if it was moved (and I just assumed it was a loose RCA connection) - but now it does it pretty frequently at random times.

When you touch the case, the frequency of the buzz goes up, so it feels like it's an earthing issue or something...

I have it connected to a yamaha amp, and it's set to line using cambridge audio RCA connections. The power is the standard 2 pin - so it's not earthed afaik.

Any suggestions - could it be the cable, or something loose inside - does it need to be earthed?

Thanks in advance!

Jeff
