I just bought a preowned Beocom6000 mk1 dated MCMXCVII (1997?).
Status was "nicht angemeldet", no base stations were stored, all functions - as far as could be tested offline - were ok. I made a reset as described inn this forum (dot 7009OK) which seems to be ok.
No login to different BeoCom6000 Base stations (pyramids) and to a Fritz!box 7490 has been successful, after a rather long period the message "nicht angemeldet" shows up again. Other BeoComs however could logon, no base station had more than 4 Handhelds logged on.
Ihave som experience in dealing with DECT and B&O equipment, the only reason I now can see is this Handheld being defect - or is there any hint how to logon, reset etc. I dont know?

Hi and welcome to the forum!
It sounds like you have tried all the usual settings and reset. There is a common fault with the BC6000 Mk1 where the RF chip fails, so it sounds like this could be the case here. If so, the only solution is to replace the motherboard, which would not be cost effective.
The only other thing you could try is a fresh battery.
Thanks for this hint, its really what I suspected.
I had a problem where one of my MK1 handset became very unrelaible and then became disconnected from the base, It took me about 2 weeks trying to deregister and reconnect (I was trying when I had time) but with no luck.
I put in a new battery and the phone was reconnected automatically as if nothing had changed. it was like magic.

Sorry for disappointing you - but it did not help. During my exercises I replaced the batteries several times - no effect.
So I have now to sharpen my screwdrivers and soldering-irons...
Thanks
