Just curious about if you guys calibrate your speakers for diffeeent stand positions of the monitor. For example if I put my avant 55 closer to me I feel the sound can echo more. I guess the sound form the tv reaches me ever so slightly faster and small sounds like ping pong balls can sound weird then, like in a tunnel.

Can the sound delay be compensated for as the stand moves, or could it possibly be incorporated or set in a good way? I guess I can calibrate when the tv is in one position and another time in another but so many settings to think about.

Getting my avant replaced with a eclipse gen 2 in a few weeks so more important with that one. (For now I’m just curious - and trying to decide between oak, aluminum and fabric fret).

Tough life one has...

Beolab 50, Beolab 8000 x 2, Beolab 4000 x 2,
BeoSound Core, BeoSound 9000, BeoSound Century,
BeoLit 15, BeoPlay A1, BeoPlay P2, BeoPlay H9 3rd Gen, BeoPlay H6, EarSet 3i,
BeoVision Eclipse Gen 2 55", BeoPlay V1-40,
BeoCom 6000 and so much else :)

@Michael

If you are curious enough, you might read this excellent thread that KMA once made (for his BV11).

Loads of tips and hints there, when you want to tweak the sound of a modern Beovision.

When I press one of my Buttons, the TV turns to the corner and the sound settings calibrates to this.

Else the sound image would be bad.

One of the brilliant things with B&O

Beovision Harmony 77" 2nd Gen, Beolab 5, Beolab 17, Beosound 1, Beoplay M3, Beoplay Portal, Beoplay Earset, Beoliving Intelligence
