Hi, I would be most grateful for any tips in getting my newly acquired Beovision 11 mkiv to talk with my human Freesat. I have successfully got the tv talking with the internet and my DVD player but having swapped cables and turned everything off and on several times the Menu, Source List TV, Tuner, just reads “Unknown Service 0”. The tv has no satellite connections. The Freesat is connected via the hdmi lead to port 1 on the tv. The Freesat box display shows all the usual channels appear to be getting through to it. any suggestions would be really appreciated.

You need to assign HDMI 1 as a source and choose which button on the remote will drive it. It’s all in the manual.
