Error updating beoplay H9i

While updating my device in the B&O app on my phone, the update stopped at 1.3% 
and then the headphone is completely dead.
The unit cannot be turned on at all. What to do?

Try removing the battery and put it back. Usually makes them start up again. Update firmware o Mac or pc.
