Hi all!

I am new to the community as I am the proud new owner of my first B&O product, the Beoplay S3 (pair of two).

However, I have an issue with one of the two brilliant speakers:

One of the speakers shows a different volime level than the other one on my B&O app (iOS) when they are set as a stereo pair. The loudness of them both stays the same - until you go over 60% of the volume. After that, only one speaker (the one which shows a lower level in the app) plays louder - to the full level... the other speaker stays at approx 60% volume (shown as maxed out in the app the rest of the remaining 40%).

I used the speakers on many devices, I updated them, it is always the same. One speaker does not go all the way up in volume, although its volume bar in the app shows 100%.

I have contacted B&O care with this issue but all they can do is offer me different refurbished products.

Does anyone have any idea how to resolve this issue?

Thank you very much and glad to be here!
