Beogram CDX 2 spins anticlockwise

Hello,

I have CDX 2 with unusual behaviour, cd pins anticlockwise- it is start right way for maybe one second and then start spinning wrong way.

I replaced electrolytic capacitors( 2x 220uF, 2x47uF,33uF)on the servo board ,1.5uF was not electrolyte so i left it. However above did not solve the issue I have done/resolder Vias and stuck at this point.

Have anyone experienced similar issues before or could you suggest what could be wrong/what should I check please?
