I hope someone can double check, bu it's a complex use case :
I cannot send music from the deezer app on iOS (iPad +iPhones) via chromecast to my B&O stuff (mkII Essence and mkII A9, so not last gen) with a deezer hifi subscription.
What I can do is send deezer hifi to a chromecast audio (that's why I think the issue is B&O related), and send spotify or any other app audio to my B&O stuff via chromecast.
I can also play deezer hifi directly to the B&O stuff from the B&O app, but that means that I cannot access the personnalized playlists such as deezer flow. I can also Airplay, but that means lower quality and battery drain on my iStuff.
Can anyone try if it's just my setup or if it's global?

There is something with deezer, CC and B&O as I cannot get sound from my Google home mini ("play XXX in the kitchen" for instance) when the selected source is deezer. No issue with Spotify.

I have tried again from the IOS App to start a Deezer CC session against my B&O products, no luck. From the same smartphone, against the same B&O products, I successfully started MixCloud or SoundCloud CC sessions with , on top of Bandcamp tested yesterday.
I tried Deezer with Chrome on my Mac and I was able to CC Deezer against my B&O products without any issue.
I then noticed that Deezer IOS App could get the "control" of the flow that was started by Chrome/Deezer, i.e starting Deezer on the IOS App, selecting CC pulled down the session started by Chrome/Deezer, but here it stops, I was not able to pause the flow from the IOS App, nor to stop the casting.
I stopped the casting from Chrome, closed Chrome, and I was then able to use my IOS device, Deezer and CC flawlessly .... but after a couple of hour of inactivity, same problem occured.
I also noticed that when I start a Deezer CC session from the IOS device, I have a failing message, but the music seems to go on anyway (progress bar moving), while there is no sound and Google home shows no activity on the speaker.
There is definitively an issue with Deezer App, CC and B&O as you wrote. I'll raise a case with B&O and Deezer, and we will see if it is the start of a ping pong match ....

To make the case more complicated, what failed this morning, works this afternoon ..... I have opened cases with both Deezer and B&O, we will see if they "bottent en touche"
My A9 Mk2 and BS2 work with CC fine, in my use case anyway.
My Roon Nucleus (server) can see all Aiplay and CC devices, and it sees both products.
I can use the Roon app (iOS or OSX) to trigger CC music streams on both the A9 and BS2.
Maybe not that helpful, but Roon, CC and B&O speakers (the ones I have) work fine.

I experience the same thing.

Quick note : I had no problem using CC with Deezer but I've not used deezer for approx. 3 month (spotify promotion at the end of my subscription...), the problem seems to be only with Deezer Hifi and the old B&O streaming platform (A9 mkII and Essence mkII use the same electronics inside, which is not the same as Core/A3/A9 from mkIII)

Yep. I have submitted a problem ticket to B&O.

Well, I wrote a bit wrong there.
It does show up in Google Home app (as in your picture) but when I click on the icon I get a message that says that the M3 is not online.
When I try to chromecast from the Deezer (HiFi) app it does not show up as a device in that list.
I have now checked with my A6, M5 and M3 and chromecasting to them from the Deezer app (HiFi subscription) on my Iphone does not work.
It works fine to chromecast to my Beosound 1 GVA.
I have reported that to B&O Support.
