Can someone be so kind to please translate at least basics for the users in the General forum as many of us don't speak Danish? :( Seems (as always) very intrigguing and relevant for so many people, :)

I agree. Otherwise, the poster should kindly post in the Danish forum so it's no so frustrating to non-Danish speakers.

I am sorry - but I totally have to disagree there.

It was posted in a GENERAL forum - - as far as I know GENERAL means ‘for all’.

You’d be right if the forum was called ENGLISH, but there is no such!

Besides, there is no DANISH forum on Beoworld.

There are a lot danes who reads, what is on the GENERAL forum.

Where is your problem? 
Just skip past that post, if it excides you that much - there are lots of posts in the GENERAL forum that I skip.

N.B. You can easily find information on the subject hass.i.o server and AppleHome kit on the internet.

The short version: 

You can do a lot of home automation working with these two services - you will have some troubles integrating it with the (NL/ML) B&O gear - but this is maybe (?) just a matter of time.

Rune says, that he might end up with a B&O Gateway instead - Henrik says, that he was inspired for future nerdings in that area from the results of Rune.

P.S.  I am pretty sure that Henrik will talk a little about this in the next Beotalk podcast - maybe that can help....

Yes it would be lovely for Henryk to do some stuff in `English, but I completely understand the reasons why he does as he does.

After all, the salient points often get covered in the Sunday podcast.

And I've got better things to do than get frustrated by a Danish post in the general forum.
