I bought a second hand Beosound 9000 and plugged it into the 240v mains in the UK. Unfortunately I didn't realise it was a 110v CD unit and now won't work at all.
Is it just likely to be down to replacing an internal fuse and then use an external 110v to 240 v transformer once it is repaired or is it likely to be a more serious issue?
Alternatively would it be expensive to have a 240v power supply board fitted to the unit?
