Hi All

i’ve found some fantastic info and tips on this forum since delving into my new B&O addiction so thought I should join.

my story is like so many, as a teenager was in awe of the Beolab Penta, a one owner mint set came up for sale a few months ago (mk 1) so I jumped in.

I have these running off a control system and recently the signal sensing auto turn on starting playing up on one so in with a B&O tech right now getting this rectified and the cap update from Beosales. Can’t wait to get them back !

in the meantime I picked up an also mint condition CD X which I’m currently using in a home office, dusted off my old cd’s and really enjoying the “analogue “ sound from it, I’m astonished a 35 odd year old player still performs every function ! Having been in the audio industry most my life, the usual “ looks good but that’s it” industry bias has been well and truly debunked by these two.

I also recently got a Beoplay 8 that needs the rear feet if anyone knows where I should look for these?

Beovirus is definitely a thing now I’ve started 😂

You can just put some regular machine screws/bolts in the rear. No need for fancy legs Stick out tongue

"You think we can slap some oak on this thing?"
