We are moving from the USA to the UK and hoping to take our US Beovision 10 with us. We've received conflicting information from various B&O channels and were hoping to get some advice and expertise from the forum members here.

Will this US television work in the UK? Are there any changes that need to be made to it in order for it to work and receive channels? Any information would be greatly appreciated!

Hi audreymary,

Welcome to Beoworld.

It really depends on the MK of your BV10. MK I was not able to use other voltages.

I know a BV10 MK which recently moved from Germany to the USA, we only had to purchase an external power converter.

Everything else works fine.

Tv's and stuff work on 240 volts here and not 110.

The MKI was never sold in the US.  You'll need a software update from your local dealer to control the local STB's and maybe a DVB module.
