BeoMoment not connecting with Deezer or TuneIn

After years of BeoMoment enjoyment, things went upside down this weekend.  I believe I may have hit the Build button and my Moment is displaying “no content.”   Worse yet, after a reset I cannot enter my credentials to Deezer and TuneIn.  I load in the info, confirm it’s correct and does not connect returning to the previous screen.  Several discussions with B&O service hasn’t resulted in anything yet.  

Anyone ever had this issue?

Is it connected to the internet using CAT network cable and just relying on WiFi?
