I have 4 Beocom 6000 and 1 Beocom 2 all on the Beoline system. all phones are working perfectly except they all failing to ring on an incoming call. I have checked all the ringers in settings and they are all on. If I use the intercom system they happily ring. All incoming calls go directly to answerphone.
Has anyone any idea why all the phones are failing to ring?

If this has suddenly started happening don't rule out a fault on the line or at the exchange!
It's worth unplugging everything and connecting a different (probably non-B&O) landline phone to see if the fault is still there. If so, give your landline provider a call to check for faults.
