Beocenter 2300 aux hearable through CD

Dear B&O fans,

Today I started a CD on the Beocenter while my Sonos Connect was still playing through the Aux channel. While switching to CD the sound of the Aux was still hearable through the CD sound. 
Is this the beginning of the Beocenter dying or is there another explanation?

Probably you have bought the wrong 2 RCA - DIN cable. Perhaps a RECORD one (connects the 2 RCA plugs to the output of the DIN socket on the BC2300) rather than a PLAY one (connects the 2 RCA plugs to the input of the DIN socket on the BC2300).

But if your RCA - DIN cable has 4 RCA plugs, then you have connected the wrong 2 to the Sonos end.
