need help in restoring beogram 5005

hello everyone

i am from india  i recently purchased a beogram 5005 from a online site the product photos shown on the site  and the product that  arrived were totally different all the internal was rusty and jammed.

the product came without the cartridge

any way i decided to restore the player i opened cleaned every thing and assembled every thing .

but now it won't start. it displays the 33/45 light but refuses to turn 

upon that i opened and checked the platter motor were i found that when the power is given the motor just jerks but dose not spin 

can anyone help me solving the problem and starting the player

can anyone give me the detailed circuit drawing of the motor PCB the number on the motor is mmx-4h2rpb

also tell me if the cartridge is need for the player to start rotating?
