Hello everybody,
I have a question that I can not find the answer online and I haven't yet bought the product I have fallen in love, beoplay A9.
My question is, is there a menu where the WiFi adapter can be turned off on the A9 so it won't search for WiFi networks? I plan to plug it into my Ethernet cable. But I don't want the A9 to constantly search for Wifi and emit unneccesary signals, I have already too many wireless devices around the livingroom.
If that is possible, on which version this is a possibility?
Thank you inadvance
As far as I know you cannot manually turn the Wifi off completely since it is needed for the initial setup. However, once it is set up and you connect an ethernet cable it will automatically switch to cable connection and not use the Wifi.
I have the MK4, but I think this works the same on all models.
I’m not sure if the A9 has a fysical network button, but just pressing that shortly completely switches of the wifi on its little brother A8

Some have a physical button for Bluetooth, but not for WiFi.
