Out at old customer, sadly tv has decided to give up the ghost, he has full surround but does not want to replace with a bang and olufsen tv. Option 1 replace tv with lg on existing stand and

Use a core for the speakers, or pair with almando surround sound, there is an apple tv going into a convertor which distributes round the system  and works well, are there any other options that anyone can think of?

I for one would like to see this option employed

Could keep the original surround speakers and BeoRemote, if I understand correctly. The cost seems very reasonable for the result achieved.

Doubt BM 7 will provide surround sound.

I achieved it via Lintronic combined with Multichannel AV receiver. Perfect for me but definitely not plug and play.
