dear Friends of Beoworld

My BV 75 NG/Mark2 works great but once a week it decides to take a Break; already done: Software Update - Login with android account to make sure that Update of Android Apps is done

The TV sometimes seems to studder- it does not react properly nether with Beoremote nor beoapp over wlan; change of Volume, Starting Apps (YouTube), EPG - everything takes seconds

doing a Hard reset by Power cut and restart seems to help for some time - so I think the TV itself lacks of RAM or the processor is busy with ... ?

does anyone has similar Experiences?

sorry for my spelling - written on iOS

best regards elmar

Hi, I have same experience with my Horizon, it slows down a bit after some period and either I have to pull the mains or the TV is rebooting / crashing at its own and resets itself.

Android TV seems to be the problem, the Android OS is not that good but the multiple software updates have made the TV’s much more stable now. Only this problem and occasionally crashing still remains.

I do not expect large improvements of the software anymore from B&O. Android TV itself is on a higher OS now which will not come available for B&O.

Android was a bad choice for B&O unfortunately.
