I sold a BeoSound 3000 in pristine condition and it seems like it suffered damage during shipment. The left door now is a little looser than the right and the buyer says both doors only open 50% of the way. He claims there is some mechanical blockade. Makes sense, since the doors don´t move independetly. Probably only the left one is blocked. I told him to open the doors while the power is off, but he doesnt really seem like someone with any knowledge of B&O products whatsoever and already suggested bringing it into a dealership... before i try to make a damage claim at the parcel service I wanted to ask you for help. Any idea on how to fix this? Unfortunatly I don´t have the item on site to check/do it myself.
