HDMI Matrix activation needs key

I wanted to activate the HDMI matrix function to add HDMI ports on a BV 7-55, as I did many times on other BV x-xx TVs, but now it is asking for a 12 digit key when I'm trying to activate.

The firmware of the TV was updated recently.

Is this a joke or does B&O now charge to obtain a key if you want to activate the HDMI matrix function? I can't believe this!

Anyone had the same issue?

There was always a charge for the HDMI matrix.  You might be thinking of the HDMI expander.
