I'm looking at buying a Beovision 4 65" but I'm not sure if its HD ready (720) or full HD (1080). The serial number is 19541883 and it comes with the BeoSystem 3. Also does any have an idea what this would be worth? Any help appreciated!

Depends largely on whether its 1080 or 720

Also, is it an ACM model?

At that serial it will not be an ACM (curved bezel) version.

I'm going to stick my neck out and say that with that serial number it'll be a 1080p flat bezel.  If it is, the type number should be 9033.

The serial number quoted above is a BeoVision4 65 type 8993. This means it is a Mark1.

A man with access to ROS - you're one up on me..  LOL  -  Thank you Opman.

With a BeoSystem 3 feeding the screen it won't be too bad a PQ though.  If it's cheap, go for it.

I gave $10.5k for a demo 65 with ACM.

Thought it was reasonable

Thanks a lot guys that's a big help. Well it's £3.5k with beosystem 3 and a 7.2 - what do you think?

Very good value compared with the original price, obviously that's because it's a huge, bulky, power-hungry and increasingly antiquated set which probably has limited appeal to most buyers.

Still for the money it should make a pretty impressive home cinema system if you've got the space! The 7:2 sounds great.
