Normal 0 false false false EN-GB X-NONE X-NONE Hi, i bought a BeoSound system some years ago (one with sliding doors) from Suttons in Salisbury and am having a problem. The problem being that after a power cut i can't reset the system due to an access code being required. I have also lost the manual in which i noted down the access code. The shop installer had used a generic number which he claims was the one normally used. I can't go back to them due to business closure so am now well and truly stumped.

Can anyone please help?????????........

You'll have to get in-touch with B&O.

Welcome to Beoworld !

Any B&O dealer will be able to help you, just make sure to bring proof of purchase.
The Beoworld community neither will nor can help with access codes.

I will lock this thread.
