A friend of mine has a good mixture of old and new B&O and he has recently acquired another pair of Penta 3's so he is running 4 Pentas in one of his rooms. He also has a pair of Lab 9's in another room so we took the same CD and had a listen to both set ups - and wow, the 4 x Penta Mk3s sounded fantastic! The Lab 9's were sublime of course but if the Lab 9's were 10/10 i'd give 4 Pentas 9-9.5/10 - they sounded so smooth, deep and clear I was very impressed. I owned a pair of Mk2's a while back and regret selling them - I now know why he said he'll never get tired of listening to his Penta's. Just my experience really - ps all his Pentas had been refurbished so were foam rot free and the rooms were a decent size too.
Bring back the Penta's - awesome pieces of kit and so much better than my Lab8000s I replaced them with

I love my Pentas too! Very easy listening - not too sharp and a little bass lift to give a bit of warmth. Not an audiophile speaker really but a speaker for someone who likes music I think!
