1. Can anyone tell me please, what additional adapter-cables / connectors I will need, to connect my eighties Beogram 1600 turntable, to the 21th century Onkyo AV TX-SR602E receiver.

2. Where exactly at the backend of the Onkyo receiver, do I plug in the Beogram connectors.

Thanks on forehand

Hi Ahrend,

You can plug in your BG1600 to a free line-input. But, you also need a separate pre-amp because your BG1600 has not an inbuilt Pre-amp, neither has your Onkyo. Use also some cables from DIN to RCA to plug in the pre-amp and do not forget the ground wire. Enjoy your vinyl!

You can connect it to the tape input, but as mentioned above you will need a preamp

Collecting Vintage B&O is not a hobby, its a lifestyle.

Yes! The TC-770LC works particularly well, it's what I use. Has a DIN plug for the turntable, and adjustable gain which is great for matching the low output turntable to the other inputs so the volume is matched.

I'm afraid I'm recovering from the BeoVirus. Sad
