Hi

My BS5-BM5 / MX8000 is linked and is wondering how if it possible to upload my pictures to BM5 in order to see them at my MX8000? Is it possible?

That is called a 'fully integrated setup'

"Connect the video connection from the television to one of the four video output connections DVI-I, Y-Pb-Pr, S-VIDEO or VIDEO (5), in the mentioned priority order according to the video input type the television provides.

Connect the audio connection from the televison to one of the two output connections, SPDIF or LINE OUT (6), according to the sound input type the television provides."

In your case the composite + the r/l connections might(?) be used with a scartadapter to one of rhe sockets on the MX8000.

BUT...

the userguide speaks of activating the BM5 on the tv via 'PC' on Beo4 - and since there is no 'PC' for any of the sockets on a MX8000 you might run into trouble with the MX8000.

Maybe some other BeoWorlder already tried this - so be patient for a more qualified answer.

Anyway - don't expect any high quality for your pictures on a MX8000!!!

Sorry, but that has nothing to do with the possibility (?) to show pictures from the BM5 on a MX8000.

Hi MM

well, I am aware of the MX is more or less outdated, however am I a fan of the design.

My MX have S-Video connection and will try direction! In order to view pictures are audio needed, so I geuss that I can leave that out!

@ MM thank you for your support

@ Anyone to comment on the activation issue?

/Peter
