Is it possible to connect a beogram 7000 to the phono connection of the beocenter 9500?
Both have an RIAA amplifier, therefore this does not work without any changes (believe me I tried and was happy my speakers were not damaged...). Currently I have connected the beogram to the aux which works okay, but I would like to use this input for another purpose.

Bieele

Thanks Ralf for the quick reply.
If possible I would like to avoid the expander; is the tape-2 connection an easier solution? I tried that once, but it seemed that that port gives signals that result in strange behavior (for instance: lifting the needle when this connection is selected). Maybe I can "cut" the data line on the aux connection?
Thank you. This sounds like a good solution to connect the beogram to the A-TAPE2 connection. I will give this a try!
