Hello, is it possible to control various devices to Ip protocol with my beo6 ?
thx
Sorry, I have no answer but this would be a reason for an update from my Beo5
Frank
you could always add a master link gateway.
it allows things to be connected to it and controlled via Beo6
Hello,
I have a Masterlink Gateway and I am looking exactly for that Feature.
Is it possible to control an external device via IP Command (HTML-String) with a Masterlink Gateway. Unfortunately I was not able to locate this function.
Any ideas?
Any help is highly appreciated.
Best regards

I don`t know if this is what you think about:
You can use "custom strings" to be controled by the MLGW. I`m using this function to control my Lintronic relay board via RS 232.
Now it`s possible to control the blinds via IR (Beo4,6) , Beolink app, home automation app (iphone, ipad) and programmed switches.
This works great. You can download the MLGW "help" manual from: mlgw.bang-olufsen.dk
Or maybe the Lintronic box is able to use IP commands...(?) www.lintronic.dk
Maybe this helps...
