Can you recommend me some good budget speakers for use with my Beomaster 2000 (70s).
Thank you boys and girls.
That Beomaster will happily play just about anything you connect to it! S45.2 - or perhaps something bigger from the little younger S/M/MC series - would be a great choice. I currently have mine in the kitchen with CX50s, and the combination is quite nice although I never was a big fan of the CX series.

Agree with Tournedos; the BM2000 is a wonderful amplifier and can happily power anything you like. The S45.2 is the best balanced small speaker that B&O made and is always going to be suggested , and there are plenty around. Stands are a big bonus. Consider 3702s if you want a period speaker - they were the model suggested by B&O and a very sweet sounding speaker.

I second the S45 and S45.2, but the S35 are also very good.I have used my Beomaster 3400 (4 channel version of the 2000) with S35's and S45.2's with great results. The 2000 is the very first Beomaster with direct coupled outputs - the same topology as the newer and bigger Beomaster 4400, 6000 and the monstrous 8000.
Vinyl records, cassettes, open reel, valve amplifiers and film photography.
Thanks for your responce. I was a little bit unclear with my question.
I am looking for new, or slightly used speakers. I have no idea where to start looking.
Thinking about Yamaha or JBL ?
Will this work with my BM2000?
Will these be too big?
I am really not good at this!
