I may have a chance to get a pair of Bvox with trumpet stand, can someone explain to me how they can be taken apart for shipping. First of all, must the back of the speaker be taken off to separate the speakers from the stands, and how can the stands be taken apart for packing ?

I have a pair of those stands.  The base (round silver part) unscrews from the silver post that the black part mounts to (screws together there too).  So each stand should separate into three parts and fit nicely into a box.

Someone in the northeast US was selling some M70s with trumpet stands on Ebay for pickup only.  They didn't want to have to separate the stands from the speakers.  It sounded like they didn't know how.  Obviously not the original owner and sounded like a purchase to stay away from.

Some day I'll get my M70s on some trumpet stands...
