I was ready to raise my speakers on the stands but then realized that the 4 screws (two in each speaker)  that go into the speakers from the stand are missing.  I am most certain I can just go to lowes or some other hardware store and get something to replace it.

Any recommendations or fantastic suggestions as replacements at a low cost?  Dimensions and pictures please if you have them!

thanks!

If you only need the screws its Allen M5x40, thats an inner hexagonal metric threaded screw 5 mm diameter and 40 mm long. Do you have the washers and bushings ?

You will have to measure the holes in the stand the bushings has to be 1-2 mm smaller OD, and some 2 mm longer than the holes are deep, the speaker will pivot around the bushings. Looks like this: 4 is a finger nut, a normal hexnut will do, 5 is an Allen M5x50

Looks like I need 6, 7, 1 and 2.  I can just get away with the first mentioned Allen M5x40 and maybe some accompanying washer, yes?  I am not as concerned with looks as it actually holding them up properly and securely.

Thanks for these schematics too!!!
