Some readers may recall I wrote that one way for the B & O product to be more noticeable (at least here in the US) is to have their products reviewed in hi-ft magazines.
The latest issue of Sound & Vision (October 2013) gave a very positive, full-page review of the BeoPlay H6 Headphones.
On another note, I recently asked if there are any speakers made by other companies that could compete with the BeoLab 5. In the same issue of Sound & Vision, there is a one page discussion of the Meridian DSP7200 Digital Active Speaker. This speaker has (2) 8" woofers, a 6" midrange, and a 1" tweeter and (4) 150 watt amplifiers. The speakers only accept digital signals. The price per pair is $38,000. To me, the BeoLab 5 seems like a bargain (and may offer greater performance)!

Has anyone noticed that the prices of H3's on eBay are getting lower and lower? link. Counterfeit? H6's also being offered at discount prices.
This phenomenon is the same as has been seen with the 3i and A6. One of of the more productive sellers on Swedish eBay (Tradera) is constantly selling A6 at less than half the retail price, so unless he has some super-saver deal with B&O, what we see is an increase in counterfeit goods.

Or, side manufactured at the Chinese plant?
Too long to list....
