G'day!

I have a Beosound 9000, it was given to me 6 years ago when my housemate moved overseas. Since then it has been sitting in my spare room!

I want to know what do I need to get it up and running, I never had any connections for it. I would much appreciate if someone could point me in the right direction  :s

Thanks :-)

You only need a powercord, 2x powerlink cable and 2 active speakers from B&O.

You have several options, combining the BS9000 with a pair of Beolab 2500, 4000, 6000, 8000 and more...

Another option is to buy a MCL-2P amplifier and combine the BS 9000 with any pair of any brand passive speakers.

I would go for the first option :-)

Depending upon where you are and where the nearest store is I would go there to understand the pros and cons of various speakers.

And depending on your budget you might then make some informed research on eBay.

Hi Kaz,

Where in Australia are you? If in Melbourne I'd be happy to give you advice...

Jonathan
