Hi there,

I am looking for a new system to buffer/pauze my tv. I thought about hdr2, but i have not enough scarts on my beovision lx 6000, and I would need to change whenever I want to watch something with dvd1.

So maybe a DVD2, which has a hard disk as well, but although I can see in the documnetation that I can record input on the ext2 scart on DVD2, i would like to know if it is also possible to live buffer and pause the incoming signal. Anyone?

Cheers!

Beosound 5 Encore + Beosystem 5500 + S45.2; BV7-40 MKV + BL7.1 + BL14.4+ AppleTV4; various link rooms with MCL2 A or MCL2 A/V + RL60.2 / CX100 / CX50 & Cona  / IWS2000; BG4000; Beosystem 1200 + BV1600.

Yes, the DVD2 allows to do that. The max buffering time is 6 hours, which is plenty enough.
