Earset 2 question

The battery in my earset 2 is dead. Is it difficult for it to be replaced? 

I tried opening it myself by unscrewing the small screw on the bottom but nothing happened.

It is not possible to open the casing to access the battery without causing damage. When under warranty the Earset would have been swapped over. I am not sure what the service possibilities are today. A call to your local dealer would be my best advice.

I opened it myself today and removed the battery

i made a tiny crack but it's not noticeable

i don't know if I should fix it now or not

i need to find a new battery that's all
