Hi everybody,
My Beomaster 7000 does not power on anymore. Any ideas on what the problem might be or how I can fix it?
I have called to several local shops but nobody is willing to fix it because of its age (20 years old :)).
Thanks and kind regards,
Merlin
Welcome to Beoworld.
I can't help but if you say where you are in the world it would be helpful.

If you think nobody cares, try missing a couple of payments.

Zou beginnen met een aantal elcootjes. De reset elco's en de 10uF bij de voeding.
Staat de BM wel in optie 1?
Zal eens opzoeken over die elcootjes :)
Hoe kan ik dat zien in welke optie die staat?

My B&O is B&O.
No, no reaction
Thanks for the replies btw!
Standby LED lighting?
No, nothing...
Replace the 4700uF filter capacitor in the right rear corner and the nearby fuse.Check the related rectifier.

First check the 4A Fuse.
If defect, replace the rectifier like Martins proposal.
.
How do I check the fuse ?
Edit : I found out how, thanks for the tip
