I have just written to B&O support to ask why we do not see any development on the Beo 6 (or any other new cool remote) and got the aster below. I would like to encourage all of you who would like to see real 2 way communication for the Beo 6 (incl. Spotify, Radio and bass, treble etc) to write to Beo support on this adress: bogo@mailuk.custhelp.com and put some pressure on them.

Thank you for contacting Bang & Olufsen Customer Service. Please excuse the late reply.

We are unable to say why it has been decided not to implement 2-way communication for other sources such as N.Radio, and neither can we say if it will become available, but we will make sure your requests are forwarded to the development department.
