Can someone tell me, please, how to activate the 'red button' on my TV?  I don't use it a lot, but wanted to watch the ski-ing, and nothing happened.  Blue , green and yellow buttons all work.  It didn't work on BBC HD  or SD.  Any pointers appreciated, thank you.

You need to activate HBBTV in the customer service menu:

Press menu

Press red followed by ok (little stick in the center)

Activate settings

Set HBBTV to ON

Pess exit/back to leave the menu

In case a TV station supports that standard you can activate the function by pressing the red button

Thanks very much for that, although I haven't tried it yet.  I had seen the 'HBBTV' in the menu and didn't know what it was, so left it. Thanks anyway.
