Hi All,
A few months ago the EPG from Freesat just dissapperred and now only shows the program for the next hour and has not reappearred on the in built sat receiver.
Any ideas as it is very frustrating as we cannot program the HDD to record.
It may or may not be associated with the recent satellite and transponder changes. Although I have Freesat, it's a separate box, so I can't really advise on one incorporated within your TV, but is there there a way you can access the satellite menu? If so, check on the internet what the transponder settings are for the Freesat EPG and check that the same settings are in your satellite menu setup. I know a reset and satellite search on a stand alone box can often restore the full EPG, but I don't know if you can do a similar thing on your TV.
I'm sure though that someone with a knowledge of this particular model of TV may know more to help you.
