My BM5 died last night
When it tries to boot up the following happens
Bang and Olufsen logo appears
Hard drives do work
Then a windows error dialog box appears saying 'Invalid Picture'
Then screens goes blank
End of story
I can still hear the hard drives going but nothing
Any suggestions greatly appreciated

Attach a keyboard/mouse and on boot-up, see if you can F8 or similar into the Windows boot options for recovery.
Select Recovery and go.
Don't have access to my BS5/BM5 at the moment but that is the general approach.
Takes 20-odd minutes and then re-boots to B&O

It's back up and running just need to reset settings back as they were
Just have to say this proves to me that this site is the best one on the net
