Can someone help me with where I can obtain some cord as near as possible to the original as this has perished on a Beolit 505 I am restoring.

I know it is a frustrating job but willing to try as the sound quality from the radio makes it worthwhile.

The correct type is, since many years, no longer produced but old stock remains turn up
every now and then on Ebay and elsewhere.
If you are fast, you grab it before I do. Laughing

Having said that, any modern type of the same thickness will work fine but of course it'll look new and
there is just something about working with the correct type.

Thanks Martin. Is the diameter 0.5mm or have I got this wrong.

0.5mm sounds right.
