I think the original post was referring to the possible look of the speakers on the new tv, not the tv itself, also commenting on Beolab 17 and 19, NOT 18.

I too am not a fan of the look of the17 or 19 but taste is personal. Looking forward to seeing the new tv though.

Allright then - of cource it should have been 'BL17/19'.

But anyway - how can someone think of the 17/19, when writing about the new tv/the speakers of the new tv Unsure

In 2 weeks we will all know more.

Well if it's the same designer as on the 17/19 then it's quite reasonable to assume there may at least be some

carry over of that 'crazy paving' look. As I said before, not a fan of that myself but I maybe proved very wrong when the TV is launched.

Nowadays, Torsten Valeur is the designer of David Lewis Designer.

For sure, inspiration will come from the Master.

Chris, I don't think these are a "David Lewis design" but a "design from David Lewis' team". David Lewis' personal designed ended with the BL12, I think.

Hard to apply that to new technology tough. I would believe the product is designed by other people but that they might have been asked to take inspiration from David Lewis works.
