Hello, my very carefully used Beo Lab 9s went into protection mode (only one speaker) and despite unplugging the speaker it remains in the yellow light mode. At one point the red light came back on but when I played music it went to green and then quickly back to yellow. The speakers are still under warranty but I have moved to India on work (from London) and I can't seem to find an authorised dealer here.

Any suggestions on what could be wrong will be very helpful.

Thanks in advance.

try taking out the power for a longer period of time this normally resets the speaker unless there is a fault of course
