I have 2 questions on the beocenter 2

1: I cannot enter the service mode ( using the sequence in the service manual ( list >> 00 go or with the remote menu >> 00 go ) give me the same result: I here Nmusic and do not enter the service mode.Is there another way to enter the service mode or am I doing something wrong ?

2: on occasion the loading of the cd is faulty ...on the fist touch of the load "button", the doors slide open then a motor "buzz" is heard but the cd loading mechanism stay closed. On the second touch, the loading mechanism opens and closes immediatly while the illumination stays off and the display does not indication load CD..it does this ,i'd say , 9 times out of 10 .The 10th time it works fine: any suggestions ?

I am trying to do item 1 (enter the service mode) to adress item 2 ( faulty CD loading) so any advice on this second point will be much appreciated

A Warm Welcome to Beoworld and your first posting

There are two ways to enter the service menu, either by using the keyboard or the Beo4 remote.

With Keyboard:-

• With the BC2 switched on, press LIST then SETUP then press >> and within 3 sec. Press 0 0 GO

With Beo4 remote:-

• With the BC2 switched on, press MENU then SETUP then press >> and within 3 sec. Press 0 0 GO.

I have a BC2,DAB already.but set menu not display set item,only have AM FM tuner,why? how to seting ?
