Hi all :)I just found my Serene, and now I like it more than before For me it's a great example of B&O's timeless design, IMHO nowadays it looks much better and superior than when it was brand new on the market. Today it's not even looks like a "lady's powder box" anymore .However, I found some interesting things, and I hope You can help me out:- I'm not able to add special letters to the phonebook like "ä, á, ö", and so on, and I didn't found any trace how can I enter these letters. The strange thing is, that I can add this letters to a SMS message without any problem, and even the phonebook can show this letters from the old SIM card.- There are several "black list" options exists in the settings for E-mail addresses, SMS and so on, but I didn't find this option for the telephone numbers. Is it correct, that this option is missing from the menu?- I tried to access the Docking menu (by the Serene manual: 9.9) however this option is missing, even if I dock the telephone. The strange thing is, that the manual suggest to use the "manual for docking" however I'm not able to find this manual anywhere. Can somebody help me how can I get this manual?- I prefer the SIM card against to any phone's memory, but as far as I can see, there is no option to set the the SIM card as the default storage. For this reason Serene stores the number in the phone memory and I have to copy to SIM, and delete from the phone if I want to store the number on the SIM card. Thanks in advance for Your help, and have a nice weekend

My Serene is now an ornament: I gave up using it when the motor failed.
Excellent as a straight forward phone, with that nice easy to use circular layout, but a nightmare when it came to web connectivity: I could never get to the bottom of the correct settings, and found the same problem when I searched the Samsung support pages.
Everything stored on the phone gets duplicated by the dock. I found, to my great amusement, that my phone (which came from a pilot selling on eBay) was initally wiped, but as soon as I put it on the dock all the previous owners texts emails and photographs reappeared. His most common texts were evidently to his wife: 'Take off in 10', 'Take off in 9' ..'Take off in 8') etc.
I had to tell the previous owner what had happened so that he could give me the PIN to clear everything properly from the dock.
The Lumigon is a dream to use in comparison with the Serene.

Same happened to me. However, this one documented an extra marital affair by a lady - including some (shall we say) 'romantic' snaps of her and her boyfriend on the side.
I didn't tell the previous owner - it'd have been too embarrassing, for both of us....

Thank You guys for the fun, but I think, these ideas really not help me to solve my problem
Just a strange thing I think, I'm not the last Serene user, but maybe my phone is one of the first Serene from the market. Just for fune, I turned arund the dock, and found an orange sticker on the back: "PILOT RUN SAMPLE Not guaranteed to be in accordance with specification". So, I think, this i a clue, why it was acted this way
As I have another dock, so I replaced the dock, and now the menu 9,9 appeared, however in this menu I could connect to a DECT only, but still miss all the other possiblity including synchronise the phone to the dock.
Any more idea?
