I've got a pair which were black, then sprayed white - but need rubbing down and spraying black again...

Any good to you?

No, they look awful - they've been sprayed white and bumped and scuffed by hoovers.  As mentioned, they need rubbing down and spraying black again.

Price?  Cover the cost of shipping and packing, then a donation to BeoWorld - whatever you feel is fitting.

Have a pair new in box but shipping will cost you because of the weight.

Got a pair of wall brackets as well.

We're talking about the black base right?

Yes the black cast iron bases, I have the wall brackets but now want to move them into another room on the floor.

How much are you looking at for them, I can get shipping Via ups (interparcel.com) for £10.50

thanks

PM me. Just to tell you that shipping will cost you approx. 42 euro shipped by Postnl. If you can arrange own transportation, fine with me.

Just heard a story (already from 3 resellers) that these bases only cost 5 euro per pair that time. True or false?

Got your mail. From what I've heard today from a reseller the price of these bases are 0 on the price list. Lots of them bought them for 5 euro and sold it for a lot more. Try to ask your dealer what's the story behind this. Strange....

This is weird. Just asked today an official B&O dealer what the exact story is behind the zero euro price of these bases. He confirmed that indeed the price is to be exact 0.69 eurocent if I order them and it still can be ordered. No problem. I paid 75 euro for these a while ago via a "reseller". Some of them are making good profit buying these and sell them after for a lot more...

Please let me take this opportunity to remind you all that we have readers from all over the world.
The english language is not read by everyone so many of our members and odd surfers depend on Google translations etc.
Of course, there should always be room for the odd typo or misunderstanding, we are only humans, but
deliberate use of slang words and "smart" replacements, as in the above sentence where "of" replaces the
correct "have" (twice), returns complete nonsense in some translations and many not-exactly-expert english readers
may stumble or wonder as well.
It's a shame, really - and unnecessary if you ask me.

We have agreed to limit the use of internet shorts (OMG, IMHO etc.) and not use txt at all on Beoworld for the same reason.

Rant over. Laughing

Also the correct word is 'taken', not "took".   Not that we speak "da King's English"...   Smile

Oh, it goes WAYYYY beyond that; often we need a britspeak --> american english translation.  Remember plasters?  Wink
