I am looking into to swap my BV9 for BV11-55. Is there any "clouding" on BV11-55?

Yes, there's some clouding on the BV11 as it's side-lit, not locally lit, like the BV7-55. If you don't want clouding, get the BV7-55 MK2.

The 7-55 has the superior screen hence the price difference. Not many around now...

You'll only notice it in the pitch dark , in normal viewing I doubt if it will be a problem.

Liverpool store have 3 x 7-55's, priced at under £10000. Includes screen, motor stand, bl7-6 and beo6.

Most likely MKI sets based on this price?
