Beosound Moment alarm and clock

I’ve set the clock on the Moment 3 times this week and it keeps setting itself to random times. I’ve taken it out of automatic clock and set it manually. It keeps failing to wake me up. Is anyone familiar the clock and alarm function on the Moment please?

I own two Moments.  Both are set up exactly the same, but one keeps the correct time and the other keeps resetting like yours.

I ended up moving an Essence from the office to the bedroom and the Moment into to the office.  The Essence always turns on right on time, and I'm really enjoying having the Moment on my desk under my monitors.

 

Sorry I'm not able to bring better news.

So I reset the clock and allowed it to stay automatically at 1+ GMT as it insists on doing so and again it failed to work this morning despite the alarm in the app being set at the adjusted time .....

I’m at a complete loss now.
