Michael:Really? Sounds strange but I might look into it. I have the same delay on both my V1 and my Avant.
Seems a bit odd but I can try. But you say Foxtel, and this is an Apple TV :).
Aussie Michael: He came back 10 mins later and said he got a call and because the b&o IR is so strong it has to be offset. He fixed it and boom! It worked :-)

This is a 'fix' known by many B&O installers.

There is a tv - and there is a BV
beolion:How do you adjust the strength of the ir on the remotes?
Sadly high quality (high bitrate) mkv-files still lag on my Avant. And the strangest thing is that they play back perfectly on my V1. Perhaps the 4K-engine takes CPU power away from the media decoder? Whatever it is it is in the TV. I have been using two different server softwares and it is the same.

I had this issue and when i powered on the NetRadio this morning to listen to Abalone it was all good. It appeared straight away - no lag, no buffering issues.
yay
The backlight has been modified so it works much, much better when using for example web radio. When you see meta data on the right and nothing more it is very much blacker around now than before. Seems to me it is very improved.
One thing I would like B&O to contemplate is having the backlight dim out when you turn the TV off, as it closes the virtual blinds. That way it would turn off much more graceful than it does right now. Since the backlight might be very bright when you look at a bright source, the curtains will be grey until they close completely and then it turns black in a blink. Having it fade down the backlight at the same time the sound fades out and the curtains comes together would be a much more magical experience.

That's a good point - and should not be hard to realize.
