Aussie Michael: I dont get how it works lol (i do get that you press buttons lol) Does it work with all NL products? How did you program it? Is this something that you need a NL Gateway? Thanks in advance

The keypad directly selects the source on NL products -- both NL sources and ML sources (via a BeoLink Converter). You program it via BLGW to map commands to the buttons. The engraving is backlit and can be seen in the dark. Useful to select a specific source instead of blindly trying to find a source on the product or via the Essence remote.

That looks like the Apple 30-pin to Lightning adapter, if it's what you're asking.

Haha! Maybe we should put the Saturn V rocket in between our speakers to match the black & white.

Hi Beojeff,
Great to see some Eames aluminium chairs! We have two EA116 models (non - chrome) in black fabric.
(and a matching black B&O phone of course).
regards, Johan
Thanks, Johan. You'll also see in the photos the walnut Eames stool next to the Mies van der Rohe daybed in cognac and Eames coffee table in rare rosewood.
Wonder if it's the right design.
Maybe soon new in my home.

we tend to forget there is more to design than designing.
saw this house for sale in belgium (through the Brutalism Appreciation Society on Facebook)
https://www.deboerenpartners.be/te-koop/detail/3079095/1126-mtj-huis-te-herentals
some 90's era B&O realness in here. I see lots of TVs but don't see any music systems in the photos.
Ryan,
Delightful house, interesting all-round design, very modern, VERY 90's.
However, as a Floridian, one glaring drawback I see is the misguided use of grass surrounding the swimming pool. Bagged or mulched (either way) grass blades are going to end up in the pool. Plus grass is now especially nice to walk on when wet.
The ceiling to floor windows are "interesting." Privacy is a lost issue and insulation could be a problem..... but I like it anyway.
Besides anyone who could afford that house is probably not all that concerned vis-a-vis their electric bill.
Jeff
Peter Pan: Maybe soon new in my home. Regards Peter Pan
I do hope the Eclipse doesn't look anything like this. Another disappointment looming?
B&O products are V1-32, BS2, H95, E8 and an Essence remote.11-46 now replaced with Sony A90J 65”, Sony HT-A9, Sony UBP-X800M2 and Sony SRS-NS7.

Do you know if it is possible to use a headphone amp with a Beocenter 8500 or 9500?
Hallo BAND'OH! Then I keep what I have. Regards Peter Pan
Got round to reassembling my oak Beomaster 2000 after some cosmetic TLC - I'm really happy with the soap finish on the wood! Just need to get the insides working now
Mr. Roast,
Very nice Beomaster 2000 indeed. I don't believe I have ever seen one..... handsome.
Hope you get it working very soon!
Thanks Piaf! The first 2000 I had was such a surprise sound wise - it was connected to a pair of 3702s and it sounded amazing! Seems to be regarded as an unsung hero from what I've read!
Anyone can go out and buy new B&O, take photos and post but this one took quite an amount of elbow-grease.It was granted despite a few battle-scars, - all part of its history.I like. And definitely worth showing!
The remaining is just electronics.
And it will end up sounding good.Beomaster 2000 is one of my all-time favourites, not only because of the design, also because the engineersat B&O managed to get so much warm and powerful sound out of what is basically a very simple circuit.
Well done so far.
Martin
EDIT: Second attempt at posting this. This is getting ridiculously unprofessional - I can't be bothered posting anymore.
Very kind words Martin For me the vintage products have so much 'character' and as much I'd be excited by a pair of Beolab 90s I think the older products that have already lived a life have so much still to offer.
And now, as you said, it's just the electronics! I may have to box it up and send it to you to do a proper job on it!

MARTIN! You are always helping me, now let me help you with this annoying problem. Type your response BUT just before posting it, copy the entire post. If it disappears, like they so OFTEN do, just paste in your copy and 9 times out of 10 it will post. No hassle, no worries.
My "record is 4 postings, BUT with the post saved in memory, it just eats up a minute or so, NOTHING like having to re-compose a long message intended to be helpful.

That Beomaster 2000 is absolutely gorgeous, both the cleanup and the original design.
I'm afraid I'm recovering from the BeoVirus.
